Walking Straighter
Before starting chiropractic care I had major lower back pain and stiffness. I had been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis, where one vertebra in the lumbar spine is out of place. I have also had heartburn for years and have been taking prescription medication for it.
Since beginning chiropractic care the stiffness in my lower back is gone and I can tell the bones in my vertebra are moving. A pleasant surprise that I didn’t expect from chiropractic care is that my heartburn has been greatly reduced! Another plus!
I now seem to be walking straighter and people have made mention of the change in my stature and walk.
